This week has been one of those weeks that reminded me exactly why I do this work.

And honestly, it’s been incredibly moving, not because women were talking about weight loss, not because of supplements or symptom scores but because of how they felt.

And honestly? I think that sentence will resonate with so many women because there is so much noise.
