Healthy HabitZ Hub is more than a wellbeing space. It is a place where women can come for support, guidance, connection, and community. Based in Formby, Healthy HabitZ Hub brings together menopause support, test-based nutrition, aesthetics, wellbeing services, and specialist care under one roof. It has been created to offer women a safe and welcoming environment where they can better understand their health, access trusted support, and feel part of something meaningful.
We believe women need more than appointments.
