UPDATES FROM JACKIE
MOVING BEYOND GUESSWORK AND UNDERSTANDING WHAT YOUR BODY REALLY NEEDS

A Week of Listening, Learning and Connection

What a week it’s been.

Clinic has been incredibly busy with Menopause MOTs and discovery conversations women wanting to understand what’s happening in their bodies, why they feel different, and what they can actually do about it.
And honestly, it’s one of my favourite parts of the work.
Because when you really sit and listen to someone properly, look at the whole picture, ask the right questions, and combine that with testing… you can uncover so much valuable information. Sometimes tiny tweaks create huge shifts.
Women often arrive feeling:

  • confused
  • exhausted
  • overwhelmed
  • disconnected from themselves
And leave feeling clearer, reassured and empowered.

That matters deeply to me.

A SPECIAL MILESTONE
Last Friday was also my Limitless 2 book launch event and what a beautiful evening it was.

All of the authors came together to share part of our stories and celebrate with family and friends.

Most of us had never written anything before, so the whole process felt incredibly cathartic and empowering.

And the biggest surprise?

We became an Amazon Number 1 Bestseller one day after launch.

And I think we’re all still pinching ourselves a little bit.

IN THE MENOPAUSE WORLD: THE RISE OF PERSONALISED CARE
One of the biggest conversations gaining momentum right now is around personalised menopause care.

Because there is no one-size-fits-all approach.

Every woman arrives with:

  • different symptoms
  • different stress levels
  • different nutritional needs
  • different lifestyles
  • different histories
And increasingly, women are wanting:

  • better explanations

  • better understanding

  • more personalised support

  • more appropriate testing
Rather than simply being told:

“It’s just your age.” And honestly?

That shift is long overdue.
WHY GUESSWORK OFTEN DOESN’T WORK
Many menopause symptoms overlap with other issues such as:

  • nutrient deficiencies
  • blood sugar dysregulation
  • stress overload
  • thyroid dysfunction
  • inflammation
  • poor recovery
Which means women often end up stuck in trial-and-error mode.

Trying supplements.

Trying diets.

Trying advice from social media.

And still not feeling right.

TIP OF THE WEEK: STOP GUESSING
If you feel like you’ve tried “everything” but still feel off, start with this shift:

Get data, not just opinions.

That doesn’t mean obsessing over numbers.
It means becoming more informed about your body.

Start by:

  • tracking symptoms
  • noticing patterns
  • asking questions
  • seeking qualified support
  • using testing where appropriate
Because when you understand what’s happening underneath the symptoms...
Your choices become clearer and clarity reduces overwhelm.

A WHOLE-WOMAN APPROACH MATTERS
One of the things I believe deeply is this:
We cannot look at menopause in isolation.
We need to look at the whole woman.

Her:

  • sleep
  • stress
  • nutrition
  • nervous system
  • energy
  • lifestyle
  • emotional load
Because symptoms rarely exist on their own.

WHERE TO START
If you’re feeling confused, exhausted or disconnected from yourself, support starts with understanding.

You can begin with:

FINAL THOUGHT
This week reminded me of something important:
Women don’t need more noise.
They need support that helps them feel:

  • seen

  • informed

  • empowered in their own body
And that’s exactly the work I’ll keep doing.
