I’m slightly late sending this week’s blog…
And honestly, it’s because I’ve been wonderfully overwhelmed.
Behind the scenes, there’s been a huge amount happening with Healthy HabitZ Hub all the planning, creating and groundwork that goes into building something meaningful.
But the biggest highlight by far was Sunday evening’s menopause masterclass.
And wow.
The response genuinely blew me away.
There was an incredible attendance rate, which says so much about where women are right now.
Women are searching for answers.
For understanding.
For reassurance that what they’re experiencing is real.
But more than the numbers, what stayed with me was the energy in the room.
The openness.
The honesty.
The relief women felt when they realised they weren’t alone.
And I absolutely loved every minute of it.

And yet they know something feels different.
What experts are increasingly highlighting is the importance of:
