CELEBRATING THE OPENING OF HEALTHY HABITZ HUB
Because women need more than information — they need connection, support and somewhere they feel they belong.
A DREAM FINALLY BECAME REALITY
This week has been a big one. After months of planning, dreaming, painting, cleaning, organising, creating and occasionally wondering whether we'd ever reach the finish line...
Healthy Habitz Hub officially opened its doors.
And what a day it was. Jane and I hoped people would come along and support us, but the response exceeded all expectations. Throughout the day there was a steady flow of women walking through the door. Not all at once. Not overwhelming. Just a constant stream of conversations, introductions, questions, laughter and connection. By the end of the day, we were absolutely exhausted but incredibly grateful.
Because what became very clear is this:
Women are looking for more than information.
They're looking for connection.
They're looking for support.
They're looking for somewhere they feel welcome.
And that's exactly why Healthy Habitz Hub exists.

MORE THAN A BUILDING
The Hub was never really about opening a physical space. It's about creating a community.
The Hub was never really about opening a physical space. It's about creating a community.
A place where women can:
- ask questions without feeling judged
- access trusted information
- connect with like-minded women
- learn about their health
- feel heard and understood
- know they don't have to navigate midlife alone
Our mission is simple:
SUPPORTING WOMEN TO RECLAIM THEIR HEALTH, HAPPINESS, HORMONES AND CONFIDENCE.
And our vision is a world where women feel informed, supported and empowered to thrive.
After speaking to so many women throughout the opening day, I felt more certain than ever that this is exactly what's needed.
IN THE MENOPAUSE WORLD: LOOKING AT THE BIGGER PICTURE
One of the strongest themes emerging in menopause education right now is the growing recognition that menopause isn't a single event.
One of the strongest themes emerging in menopause education right now is the growing recognition that menopause isn't a single event.
It's a whole-body transition.
More experts are discussing the connections between:
- hormones
- brain health
- ADHD and neurodiversity
- cognitive function
- sleep
- mood
- metabolism
- long-term health outcomes
The more we learn, the more we understand that menopause affects far more than periods and hot flushes.
IT CAN INFLUENCE:
- how we think
- how we feel
- how we process stress
- how we perform at work
- how we show up in our relationships
And understanding that bigger picture helps women make more informed decisions about their health.
It's one of the reasons I'm continually investing in my own learning, because the science around women's health is evolving all the time.
TIP OF THE WEEK: STOP LOOKING FOR THE MAGIC BULLET
The Pain Point
The Pain Point
Feeling overwhelmed by all the advice online.
One person says it's hormones.
Another says it's your gut.
Someone else says it's stress.
Then there's sleep, nutrition, exercise, supplements, HRT, blood sugar and inflammation.
It's enough to make anyone's head spin.
What's Really Happening?
Most menopause symptoms don't have a single cause.
They're usually influenced by multiple factors working together.
That's why quick fixes so often disappoint.
And it's why women can feel frustrated when they try one thing after another without getting the results they're hoping for.
One Powerful Shift
Start thinking in systems, not symptoms.
Instead of asking: "What's the one thing causing this?"
Try asking: "What might be contributing to this?"
Consider:
- sleep
- stress
- nutrition
- movement
- hormones
- gut health
- relationships
- workload
Everything affects everything else.
When we take a whole-person approach, we often uncover opportunities for improvement that we'd never have seen otherwise.
And that's where sustainable change happens.
FINAL THOUGHT
The opening of Healthy Habitz Hub wasn't really about a building.
It was about creating a place where women feel seen.
A place where questions are welcomed.
A place where support is available.
A place where women realise they are not alone.
Because information is powerful.
But information combined with community?
That's where real transformation begins.
And after seeing so many women walk through those doors, I feel more excited than ever about what's ahead.
